Client Services Representative

Provide client service assistance to retirement and investment clients. Customer service experience is required. Financial background preferred. Must have good verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, attention to detail and be proficient in Word and Excel. HS diploma or GED required.

This position reports to the Client Services Manager.


The Programmer position supports applications that have been written using PHP, Java and RPGLE. The Programmer must be able to write timely and prudent SQL queries and maintain a high security awareness at all times. They must be able to document and cross-train how applications work. The Programmer also contributes to the company’s direction as it relates to data integrity, data replication, data mining, and data warehousing and also supports a full array of reports, dashboards, and job aids to enhance higher organizational performance. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with a desired major in Computer Science or other technology related field. Experience with PHP is required. The Programmer should also be familiar with other languages and syntax like RPGLE, DB2, Java, SQL and HTML. Good organizational, project management, and attention to detail skills are needed. Must have at least 2-3 years of professional experience in programming applications.

This position reports to the IS/IT Manager.

Facilities Maintenance & Support

The Facilities Maintenance & Support position is responsible for maintenance and cleaning of the AGFS building, including the Executive Offices. This position will also maintain grounds and properties keeping them clean and professional in appearance, including inclement weather duties. They will be responsible for light fixtures, minor plumbing repairs, maintaining heating and cooling system filters, and painting touch-up. This position is also responsible for the employee café, assisting with document shredding services, and will serve as back up to assist with mail room operations. A HS diploma or GED is required. General building maintenance experience and/or training preferred.

This position reports to the Facilities Manager.
